Your new patient exam with Dr. Kyle Laughlin is a comprehensive, holistic evaluation that blends Eastern and Western medicine to assess your body as a whole. We begin with an in-depth discussion about your health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals to create a personalized approach to your care. From there, I conduct a full-body assessment, identify structural imbalances, including an organ restrictions, and provide an energetic assessment of your body as a whole. I commonly integrate Eastern medicine principles to evaluate meridian flow and balance. For those interested, I also incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics, including pulse and tongue analysis, to gain a deeper understanding of the body's internal state. If necessary, additional diagnostic tools such as imaging (X-rays, MRI) or lab testing may be recommended to further investigate underlying conditions and ensure the most effective treatment plan. Based on the findings, I create a customized care plan that may include chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, fascial/organ release, breath work, and even supplements. This exam is more than just an evaluation—it’s the first step in restoring balance, optimizing function, and guiding you toward long-term wellness.
