Fall Grand Rising is a FREE seasonal wellness event designed to help us embrace the seasonal change and better prepare our bodies for the upcoming cold months. We’ve got some fantastic offerings coming from the St. Petersburg community:
We’re teaming up with @annemarie_dpt for a large intestine meditation and pelvic floor awareness. Drawing from her background in physical therapy and somatic experience, she will guide us through an intentional pelvic floor flow.
