Tea ceremony will be held by Steven w/ Steady Bough Tea. He will be serving rare tea leaves sourced from either China or Taiwan. We will discuss some of the health benefits of the tea and sit in reverence with his tea of choice. With each pour and sip we are invited to slow down, soften into the moment and allow the ritual itself to become meditation in motion.
